Return Policy

MedSense Massagers – Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.
Due to health, sanitation, and hygiene standards related to massage and personal-care devices, any used product cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used massage guns or percussion devices

  • Used red/blue light therapy attachments

  • Used hot/cold therapy modules

  • Used jade or stone attachments

  • Used TENS pads or personal-care accessories

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Certain health and personal-care items

  • Perishable, intimate, sanitary, or hazardous products


Event & Trade Show Purchases (Important)

All trade show and event purchases are final.
Returns for event purchases are accepted only during the same event and only in person.

Once the event concludes, no returns or refunds will be accepted, including for event purchases being shipped afterward.


Proof of Purchase Required

All returns must include a receipt or order confirmation number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted only in situations where:

  • The item is not in its original condition

  • The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by MedSense

  • The item is returned after 30 days from delivery

Used products cannot receive refunds, partial or full.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within standard processing timelines.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting delays may apply)

  3. Contact your bank for processing updates

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale, discounted, promotional, or event-priced items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (If Applicable)

We replace items only if defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For items valued over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
