Do I need to register my product for warranty?
Starting October 24 2021, you will need to register your devices in order for them to be covered under the warranty. All you need to do is to create an account with us and keep your given receipt number for reference. Click here to create an account.
The Standard Warranty for all of the Company’s products is five (5) years from the date of invoice. There are some exceptions to the duration of the warranty with regard to the products and circumstances mentioned below
- All warranties have certain limitations and do not cover wear and tear items nor do they apply to products, which have been abused or neglected or modified in any way from the original delivered product.
- Repairs and replacements do not extend any product warranty. In the event of any authorized repairs, the warranty term remains the order’s original and earliest date of invoice.
- All warranties are null and void if the Buyer or the End User subjects the product to incorrect use, storage, and transportation, abuse, excessive wear, and tear, or inappropriate cleaning, installation or maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Customers are responsible for inbound shipping charges. MedSense MAWT LLC will ship products back via UPS ground at buyer's or our expense.
You must register your warranty to activate the warranty.
